📦 Mandatory Requirement

Unboxing video is compulsory for all return and exchange requests.
⏳ Request Timeline

You can raise a return or exchange request within 3 days of delivery.

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address. Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
🚚 Pickup & Shipping

Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you must ship the product back to us via Registered Parcel (India Post).

Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.

✅ Return Conditions

Product must be returned in the same condition as shipped.

Products returned in poor condition, used, or worn will not be eligible for a refund.

If the correct product/size was delivered but you still want an exchange, shipping charges will apply (based on product size/weight).

In case of return, a minimum charge of ₹100 (up to 500g parcel) will be deducted. Charges vary with parcel weight/dimensions.

For these categories, reverse pickup is not available. Customers must self-ship at their own cost.
💳 Refund Policy

Prepaid/Online orders: Refund will be credited to your bank account within 7 working days after processing.

COD orders: A coupon code of equal value will be issued, valid for 1 year.

Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable.
