• Orders are usually shipped within 48–72 hours of confirmation (for COD, after confirmation).

• During natural disruptions (rain, strikes, holidays, or peak festival seasons like Janmashtami, Diwali, Holi, etc.), shipping may take longer.

• Our team ensures secure packaging and dispatch via trusted courier partners for faster delivery.

• Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 4–8 business days

🚚 Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders:

• ₹50 shipping charge on orders ₹500 or below

• ₹90 Shipping on orders above ₹500 to ₹1000 ​

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

• If an order is cancelled, lost, or undelivered, we will refund the full amount including shipping charges.

• If you cancel part of an order, the shipping charges will not be refunded.

• If you return an order, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
